Shipping Rates

United Kingdom

• Orders over £75.00 are shipped through EVRI free of charge
• Orders under £75.00 are charged at:
• £2.99 with EVRI
• £3.49 - £14.99 with Royal Mail depending on order size (please contact us for an accurate quote for your order)

USA

• Orders up to £100 are charged at £17.99
• Orders over £100 are charged at £24.99

 

International customers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes and duties or other charges that may apply within their resident country. Our items are declared at their correct value as legally required.

Dispatch

• Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday).
• Delivery typically takes 3-4 working days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates from the service provider and shipping times may be longer.

Please note than in busy periods this timescale may be extended.

Re-delivery

If an item is returned to Spider-Lily Toys because of non-delivery, re-delivery will be charged at standard rate. The amount due must be paid prior to re-delivery.

Delivery Issues

Issues are very rare however occasionally there may be an issue with your shipment.

• Delivery delays - most shipping carriers allow 2 weeks beyond the due date for a delivery to arrive before they will begin investigations. Where a delivery has exceeded 2 weeks past the due date and the customer no longer requires the item Spider-Lily Toys will provide a returns label at no cost to the customer. Returns of items outside this fall under our Returns Policy.
• Lost or mis-delivered items - where an item is confirmed by the courier as lost or mis-delivered, Spider-Lily Toys will seek compensation from the courier. This may require a confirmation of non-receipt to be provided by the customer (Spider-Lily Toys will provide the required form for completion if needed). Once the claim is accepted Spider-Lily Toys will offer a replacement item if available, or a refund.
